When contacting us for help with our website, please have the following information ready:

Operating system. Are you using Widows, Mac or Linux? Please include the version.
Browser. Which browser are you using, IE, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox, Other? Please include the version.
Microsoft Office. Which version of Microsoft Office (MS Word) are you using? Optional if your question does not involve a word processor.

Please note: While we endeavor to support all of our members, our resources are limited. In an effort to efficiently and effectively manage our services we must place a priority on which software is supported. At this time priority is placed on the current version, and its immediate predecessor for the following software:
