These workshops are customized to meet your board’s specific training needs and are delivered by WSSDA’s Cadre of highly qualified consultants. Workshops can be conducted in your district facilities or a retreat setting of your choice. You can also team up with other districts to make the most of your training budget.

In-district workshops and retreats can help you build an effective, cohesive board-superintendent team with agreed upon goals and operating principles. They are especially helpful when you have new members joining the board.

Cost: The first workshop in a calendar year is $450 for a half day (2–4 hours) or $750 for a full day (5–8 hours). Subsequent workshops in the calendar year are $600 for a half day and $900 for a full day Additional savings are available by scheduling a joint training with nearby districts.
