HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Thank you for your interest in attending the WSSDA Annual Conference.
Please read this information before accessing our Online Registration
Form, which is available through the link at the bottom of this page.
Individuals may complete and send the
registration form along with a check to WSSDA.
School districts and others paying
by purchase order may register via the Online Registration Form. Board
members and superintendents, please provide registration information to
your district secretary so the team may register together.
Spouses/guests may purchase meal
tickets to attend meal functions and the banquet. (Note: Tickets for
spouses may not be paid for with school district or other public funds.)

A variety of hotels for every budget is offered for this
year's conference. You may check on hotel options and room
availability through the Spokane Housing Bureau, WSSDA's
agent for conference reservations.
Please keep in mind that you must be registered for the
conference in order to reserve rooms at the conference
rates, and you must reserve rooms through the Spokane
Housing Bureau. See our Hotel Reservation Information page

The cost of conference is $420 if received by
October 31. After that date, the rate is $470. Please refer to the
registration form for
more detailed cost information. Special rates are being offered
for students serving on school boards or for superintendent interns at
the college level. General Conference registration and single day
registrations include all meal functions for registered day(s).
These sessions are a great opportunity for some focused
learning on vital topics.
- Early Bird Workshops, including the
New and First Term Board Member Orientation, are only $95 before October
31 and $105 after that date.
- All
Early Bird Workshops include an afternoon snack and beverage break.
- Workshop admission is by ticket only. Pre-register
for the desired workshop to insure seating.

An
online form is available to make registration
changes (e.g., name substitutions, Early Bird Workshop changes). Please do not use this form for new registrations or for
cancellations.
A full refund less $75 will be given if
cancellations are made in writing and postmarked to WSSDA at the address
below or faxed to 360/493-9247 by
November 7, 2008. No refunds will be granted after November 7. No-shows will be charged the full amount. All requests must be made
in writing.
If you have a
disability or special need, please contact
Connie Lauderdale at 360/252-3009 at least two weeks in
advance to make arrangements that will allow you to fully participate in
the conference.
