School directors have been sent a packet containing information and application forms for nominating or running for the association’s president-elect and vice president for the coming year.

The position of president-elect is open to candidates from throughout the state. For this year's election, the position of vice-president is open to candidates from the east side of the state. Both positions will be voted upon by school directors at the WSSDA Annual Conference in November.

The selection of WSSDA’s leadership is one of the most important responsibilities of association membership. Directors are asked to review the nomination materials and consider serving as a WSSDA officer or suggest others as prospective candidates.
