State Board adopts 3rd math credit rule, endorses 'Core 24'
graduation requirements

The State Board of Education has
adopted a rule implementing the Legislature's requirement that a third credit of
math be added to the state's high school graduation requirements. In
addition, the State Board has endorsed the concept of expanding state graduation
requirements to a total of 24 credits.
