WSSDA Podcast: School funding court decision

On Feb. 4, King County Superior Court Judge John Erlick ruled that the state of Washington has failed to meet its "paramount duty" under the state constitution to make "ample provision for the education of all children residing with its borders."

In this podcast, WSSDA interviews attorney Thomas Ahearne of Foster Pepper PLLC.  Ahearne is the lead attorney for the plaintiffs in the case.
