Sponsorship and Exhibitors

We are excited to be back together again at the WSSDA Annual Conference! Please note that due to COVID-19, we have limited availability for booth spaces but will open up more opportunities as guidelines allow. Be sure to register early to secure your spot!

Due to the nature of frequently changing state mandates due to COVID-19, booth assignments will not happen until early September. The exhibit hall coordinator will reach out to you to secure your booth location. Booth location will be based on the order of paid registrations received and level of sponsorship.

As you plan where you’d like to be located, please note the we’re trying a new agenda format in 2021:

  • Friday, November 19, will be the “General Session Day,” held on the second floor in the Grand Ballroom. All meals will be held on the first floor in the Evergreen Ballroom.
  • Saturday, November 20, will be the “Breakout Session Day,” where sessions will be held in the Grand Ballroom, Auditorium and Regency Ballroom, with meals being held in the Evergreen Ballroom. All exhibitors can expect to see increased movement of attendees on this day.

Sponsor Meeting Room (hosting current and potential clients on Fri/Sat) – $1,000 (6 spaces available) –

  • Exclusive use of a meeting room at the Hyatt for Friday and Saturday of the conference to use as you see fit.
  • Sponsor will arrange all catering and room set needs directly through the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.
