SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

More than 1,200 Washington State public school leaders will gather virtually at the WSSDA Annual Conference to share ideas and discuss strategies to improve public education in Washington. This is the largest annual gathering of both school board members and superintendents in the state. Superintendents oversee most major purchases, approve contracts and select products and vendors. As a sponsor, you can meet and build relationships with these key officials and demonstrate how your products provide solutions for their districts. Going virtual makes it easier than ever to connect with conference attendees.

Eligibility for Sponsorship

The WSSDA Annual Conference Planning Committee is committed to having outstanding companies as conference sponsors. Conference sponsors must be companies of reputable standing, who have conducted business within the State of Washington for at least one year, and who can provide written recommendation from three Washington school districts. Applicants must be approved by WSSDA, and WSSDA reserves the right to use discretion in granting affiliation.

There are several opportunities to engage as a sponsor at the WSSDA Annual Conference. By becoming a conference sponsor, your company will be put front and center with conference attendees. Company visibility and name recognition are more important than ever in the virtual environment. Diamond – General Session (2) – $10,000

  • Your logo (rotating) and sponsor thanks on the main timeline page on the virtual platform that all attendees start at and return to between each session.
  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the main exhibitor page.
  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the landing page of the WSSDA Annual Conference website.
  • Thanked as a sponsor in one communication piece prior to the event.
  • 2-3 minutes of pre-recorded remarks at beginning of Thursday or Friday General Session.
  • Thanked from the “virtual podium” as a Diamond conference sponsor during Thursday or Friday General Session.
  • Virtual booth posted at the top of the booth listings & identified as a Diamond conference sponsor.
  • Present a breakout session that meets WSSDA guidelines (pre-recorded with live online Q&A during breakout session) with push notification about session starting.
  • Ability to network with attendees in the exhibitor portal as well as in the attendee Meeting Hub.
  • Company marketing video in virtual booth.

Platinum – Boards of the Year (1) – $7,500 – SOLD

  • 2 minutes of pre-recorded content about sponsoring the Boards of the Year awards ceremony.
  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the main exhibitor page.
  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the landing page of the WSSDA Annual Conference website.
  • Thanked as a sponsor in one communication piece prior to event.
  • Virtual booth posted near top of the booth listings & identified as a Platinum conference sponsor.
  • Present a breakout session that meets WSSDA guidelines (pre-recorded with live online Q&A during breakout session).
  • Ability to network with attendees in the exhibitor portal as well as in the attendee Meeting Hub.

Platinum – Virtual Coffee Break (2) – $7,500

  • $5.00 company branded Starbucks virtual gift card emailed out to each conference attendee.

  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the landing page of the WSSDA Annual Conference website.
  • Virtual booth posted near top of the booth listings & identified as a Platinum conference sponsor.

Gold – Evaluation Incentive (1) – $5,000

  • $5.00 company branded Starbucks virtual gift cards emailed out to each attendee that completes an evaluation as a thank you.
  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the main exhibitor page.
  • Identified as a conference sponsor in the listing of your virtual booth.
  • Ability to network with attendees in the exhibitor portal as well as in the attendee Meeting Hub.
  • Company marketing video in virtual booth.

Gold – Pre-Conference Sponsor (1) – $5,000 – SOLD

  • On pre-conference day (Wednesday, November 18), you will be the sole “thank you” with company logo on the main page of the virtual portal.
  • Your logo and sponsor thanks on the main exhibitor page.
  • Identified as a conference sponsor in the listing of your virtual booth.
  • Ability to network with attendees in the exhibitor portal as well as in the attendee Meeting Hub.

Silver – Breakout Session (5) – $4,000

  • Present a breakout session that meets WSSDA guidelines (pre-recorded with live online Q&A during breakout session) with company logo on page during session.
  • Identified as a conference sponsor in the listing of your virtual booth.
  • Ability to network with attendees in the exhibitor portal as well as in the attendee Meeting Hub.
  • Company marketing video in virtual booth.
