Health and Safety Protocols at the WSSDA Annual Conference
WSSDA is looking forward to gathering virtually and in-person for Annual Conference this year. To ensure the safety and comfort of all in-person attendees, WSSDA is implementing a number of health and safety protocols to comply with current best practices for large events, and with state and county requirements. All in-person conference attendees should take a few minutes to review the Health and Safety Protocols webpage. Reviewing the protocols before arriving at the conference will ensure a smooth check-in experience on the day of the event. Here are some key features of the protocols:
- Providing proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR proof of negative COVID test within 72 hours of arrival
- Confirming the completion of a health screening onsite upon arrival
- Wearing a face mask covering mouth and nose at all times during conference events
- Wearing name badges with attached conference lanyard at all times indicating you have gone through the health screening process
- Consuming beverages and food in a stationary position and in designated areas
- Being aware that room capacities will be limited for breakout sessions

If you prefer not to follow the above protocols, WSSDA welcomes you to attend the conference virtually, which will be live-streamed and allow interaction among virtual attendees.
