Student Representatives

Student voice is integral on local school boards and within WSSDA. We are working hard to provide opportunities for student board representatives to join us in our advocacy efforts. Contact us if you’d like to share your stories and experience with state and federal legislators.

What you could do

During a legislative session, students can:

  • give verbal or written testimony
  • share their insights and opinions with WSSDA’s strategic advocacy team to inform their work on behalf school boards
  • participate in WSSDA events where attendees would like learn from student perspectives
